My unit is not making ice what should I do?

Make sure that the ice bucket is inserted properly and that the water supply to unit is turned on.

What if I have ice build up on my freezer?

Check for a door obstruction or maybe a broken seal.

How long will I have to wait for a technician to arrive?

Appointments are made in two hour windows to accommodate your busy schedule upon request a technician can give a 30 minute call prior to arrival.

Can repairs be made immediately and on-site, or will I have to wait for parts to be ordered?

Most types of repairs can be done immediately, as our technicians carry most repair parts in their vehicles.
